Meri marvellous mehendi!!

Got a chance to indulge in one of my favorite activities,adorning henna on my hands!! :)
its peculiar nostalgic aroma takes me back to my childhood days when in summer vacations, i used to experiment various designs with it. the range of colour it exhibits while wet,dry and washed-off is beautiful!
the occasion was a cousin's wedding in Ambala, the freezing temperature( zero degree Celsius) cudn't deter us from enjoying this marvel, unique to Indian marriages. All the bollywood mehendi songs (mehendi laga k rakhna, mehendi hai rachne wali, mehendi ki raat hai etc) automatically began to playback in the mind...when i asked mehendi wale bhaiya, if the colour would be deep orange, the way i like... He quipped, ' We get it specially from rajasthan madam, you can take the money back if ur not satisfied!!' and his claims turned out to be true.

By the way, if ur planning to invite me on ur marriage, please invite me on the mehendi ceremony too, coz, as saif said in Dil chahta hai "Hum cake khane kahin bhi ja sakte hain" Same holds for me in case of this mesmerising mehendi!! :) :)
